Request: Conditional Use Permit application to convert and expand an
existing single family home into professional office suites within a
R2 Single Family Residential zone.
Location: The northwest corner of 1St St NE and M St. NE, addressed as 105
M St NE within a R2 Single Family Residential District.

Applicant: Kersey 3 Improvements, LLC
Request: Shoreline Substantial Development Permit and construction of a
sanitary sewer line along Oravetz Road and Kersey Way SE,
portions of which are within 200 feet of the White River. The project
will entail the extension of a gravity sewer line in the Kersey III
right-of--way from Evergreen Way SE North to Oravetz Road, West
within Oravetz Road for approx. 1300 feet, and thence West an
additional approx. 2900 feet along the paved White River trail
between Oravetz Road and the White River to an existing manhole
within Roegner Park. Approx. 2150 feet of the last section of the
sewer line will be within 200 feet of the White River and is subject
to the Shorelines Management Permit.
Location: There is no street address; the project site is located within the
existing right-of-ways of Oravetz Rd., Kersey Way SE and city-
owned park lands.
