Request: Major Amendment to the Lakeland Hills South Planned Unit Development official plan
map (Final Development Plan) to transfer dwelling units between various planning
areas, identify future road connections consistent with the City's Transportation Plan,
and designate additional lands for open space/public use.

Request: Subdivision of a 1.48-acre parcel into seven single family residential lots. An
approximately 200-foot length of private street tract will be constructed to provide
access to six of the lots. The remaining lot will access to N. Tapps Estates plat.
The proposed action includes the grading of approximately 4,000 cubic yards of
excavated site soils and installation of water, sewer, storm and other utilities to
serve the individual lots.
