Gallagher Request: Variance to reduce the minimum lot width requirement of 60 ft. to 51.5 ft. to allow the future division of a lot containing two duplexes into two separate lots, with a duplex on each. The duplexes are addressed as 1108 and 1114 22nd St. NE and are located within a R3 Two- Family (Duplex) Residential District (King County Tax Parcel #0001000103).
