Case No: SHL08-0002, Shoreline Permit
MIS08-0016, Public Agency Special Exception for Critical Area
Regulations
Applicant: Bob Wuotila, City of Auburn Parks, Arts and Recreation Department
Request: For SHL08-0002 the proposed action is a shoreline permit for the site
reparation and development of approximately 1.65 acres with
approximately 1,100 lineal feet of 10-foot hard surface pedestrian trail
along the south bank of the White (Stuck) River traversing two parcels.
The eastern approximately 730 feet will be constructed on the top of the
dike. The remaining approximately 367 feet of trail will parallel and abut
the east wall and foundation of the A Street SE bridge.
For the MIS08-0016, a request for a Public Agency Special Exception for
Critical Area regulations; specifically the wetland and stream (river)
standards -The request is related to the site preparation and construction
of approximately 1,100 lineal feet of 10-foot wide hard surface pedestrian
trail along the south bank of the White (Stuck) River and connection to the
public sidewalk of "A" Street SE. The proposed trail alignment will cross
two parcels with a portion of the trail constructed on top of a river levee
where a path already exists.
Case No: REZ07-0004 Rezone from R-1 to R-3
Applicant: Piano LLC, Molly Lawrence, Gordon Derr, LLP
Request: Proposed rezone of approximately 4.76 acres from R1, Single Family
Residential District to R3, Duplex Residential District. There is no
development associated with this rezone request at this time.
