Request: Conditional use permit to construct a 40 automobile parking lot serving Valley

Request: A temporary fire station composed of a tent structure housing two emergency
vehicles or apparatus, one modular building to serve living quarters, and an
existing building to be used for storage, and work facilities. Operation would
be for approximately one year while the existing station is remodeled and a
small addition is added. The property is located at 2015 (Old) Howard Rd.
SE via R St. SE and use of public right of way of Old Howard Rd. The site is

Request: Construction of a 635 square foot addition to the existing 6,372 square foot,
two-story fire station together with 5 added parking stalls and new outdoor
garden area. Grading includes adding 1000 cubic yards of fill. Utility
improvements include installation of a 12" stormwater main and storm vaults.
