Case No: VAR08-0009 Applicant: Fred Clyde Request: Variance to reduce the minimum lot depth requirement of 80 feet to allow creation of a 75 foot deep lot through the future short plat of a 13, 672 sq. ft. property into two lots. One lot would be 75 feet in depth and other would be 110 feet in depth. The property is located at 420 K Street NE on the southeast corner of K Street NE and 5th Street NE.
