for-and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00) and other good and
valuable consideration to it in hand paid, receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged corivey`s,and quitclaims, to the CITY OF AUBURN,
a municipal corporation of the State of Washington, Grantee, all
of the right, title and interest of the.Grantor in and to the
following described real estate situated in the County of King,
State of Washington, for street purposes:
A right of way sixty (60.00) feet in width
with thirty (30.00) feet lying on each side of
the following described centerline, located in
the East Half, Sout•heast•Quarter (E1/2 SE1/4)

Commencing-at the southeast corner of said
