convey and quit claim to the CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of KING
State of Washington including any interest therein which grantor may hereafter acquire:
FOR STREET PURPOSES
That portion of Section 6, Township 21 North, Range 5 East, W.M.,
situate in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the William Brannon Donation Claim
No. 37; thence South 1°07'30" East, 759.1 feet along the West line of
said William Brannon Donation Claim No. 37 to the centerline of 28th
Street N.E.; thence South 88017'29" East, 521.06 feet to the point of
intersection of a curve, said curve being the centerline of "I" Street
N.E.; thence South 1007'30" East, 177.68 feet along the semi-tangent
of said curve to the point of tangency, said point being the True
Point of Beginning; thence South 88052'30" West, 30.00 feet; thence
South 1007'30" East, 180.07 feet; thence North 84040'30" East, 60.16
feet; thence North 1007'30" West, 175.67 feet; thence South 88052'30"
West, 30.00 feet to the True Point of Beginning.
