QUITCLAIM DEED
The UNITED STATES OF AMERICA, acting by and through the
Administrator of General Services under and pursuant to the powers and authority
contained in applicable provisions of the Federal Property and Administrative
Services Act of 1949, 63 Stat. 377, as amended, and regulations and orders
promulgated thereunder, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantor"), for and in con-
sideration of the sum of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration,
does hereby convey and quitclaim to the CITY OF AUBURN, a political subdivision
of the State of Washington, (hereinafter referred to as "Grantee"), its successors
and assigns, all of Grantor's right, title and interest in and to the following described
property (hereinafter referred to as "Property") situated in King County, State of
Washington:
A parcel of land situated in Section 24, T. 21 N., R. 4 E.,
Willamette Meridian, King County, Washington, described
as follows:
Beginning at a brass plug marking the center of Section 25,
T. 21 N., R. 4 E., Willamette Meridian, King County,
Washington, said monument also marking the centerline
intersection of Algona and- Greenhalgh.-Roads, centerline of
Algona Road which bears S. 89° 46' 07" W. ; thence N. 8° 47'
00" E. a distance of 50. 01 feet; thence N. 89° 46' 07" E. a
distance of 121. 20 feet; thence through a curve to the left
having a radius of 603. 11 feet and a central angle of 31° 58'
55", for a distance of 336. 65 feet; thence N. 57° 47' 12" E.
a distance of 539. 05 feet; thence N. 20 13' 01" W. a distance
of 5640. 34 feet to a concrete monument with brass inserts;
thence continuing N. 2° 13' 01" W. a distance of 60 feet;
thence N. 87° 47' 46" E. a distance of 614, 90 feet; thence
N. 1° 57' 58" W. a distance of 458. 21 feet; thence N. 24° 55'
39" E. a distance of 61. 50 feet to an existing cyclone fence
corner and true point of beginning; thence along existing
fence line N. 88° 17' 15" E. a distance of 188. 7 feet to a
fence corner; thence along existing fence line S. 2° 12' 03"
E. a distance of 41. 4 feet to a fence corner; thence along
existing fence line N. 880 17' 15" E. a distance of 85. 0 feet
to a fence corner; thence along existing fence line S. 2° 12'
03" E. a distance of 78. 0 feet, to a fence corner; thence
along an existing fence line S. 88° 17' 34" W. a distance of
85. 0 feet to a fence corner; thence along an existing fence
line S. 2° 12' 03" E. a distance of 48. 3 feet to a fence
corner; thence along an existing fence line S. 87° 39' 49"
W. a distance of 192. 1 feet to a fence corner; thence along
existing fence line N. 1° 04' 23" W. a distance of 169, 80
feet to a fence corner and the true point of beginning.

A perpetual easement for the operation, maintenance,
repair and replacement of water, sanitary sewer,
storm sewer, power, telephone alarm and control
lines, as described in Quitclaim Deed to the City of
Auburn, Washington, dated January 20, 1966, recorded
under Auditor's File No. 6160977, in Volume 4917,
Page 142, records of King County, Washington.
The Government's interest in existing utility lines
together with a perpetual easement for the operation,
maintenance, repair, and/or replacement thereof
over lands described in Easement Deed to the City of
Auburn, Washington, dated January 20, 1966, recorded
under Auditor's File No. 6160979, in Volume 4917,
Page 153, records of King County, Washington.
The Government's interest in that portion of the water
supply line, together with a perpetual easement for access
thereto over land acquired by Easement Deed from the
Grange Livestock Marketing Association, Inc., dated
December 21, 1943, recorded under Auditor's File No.
3451543 in Volume 2314 of Deeds, Page 291, records of
King County, Washington.
The Government's interest in that portion of the water
supply line parallel to "C" Street Southwest installed
under Permit for Installation Upon Right of Way dated
November 15, 1943, from King County, Washington.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the Property together with all the privileges
and appurtenances thereto belonging, unto Grantee, its successors and assigns,
forever.
The Property was both duly determined to be surplus to the needs and
requirements of the United States of America and assigned to General Services
Administration for disposal pursuant to authority contained in the said Federal
Property and Administrative Services Act as amended, and applicable orders and
regulations promulgated thereunder.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, Grantor has caused this instrument to be
executed as of July 29, 1969.

appeared V. L. Barnes , to me known to be the

Real Property Division, Property Management and Disposal Service, General
Services Administration, Region 10, and to me known to be the individual described
in and who executed the foregoing instrument and who under oath stated that he was
duly authorized, empowered and delegated by the Administrator of General Services
to execute the said instrument and acknowledged the foregoing instrument to be his
free and voluntary act and deed, acting for and on behalf of the Administrator of
General Services, acting for and on behalf of the United States of America, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned.
