QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, THE BOEING COMPANY, a corporation, for

CCo and in consideration of One_Dollar and other `valuable consideration,
•D conveys and quit claims to the City of Auburn, a municipal
corporation of the State of Washington, for street and related
purposes only, the following described real estate, situated in
the County of King, State of Washington:
A strip of land lying in the Northeast
quarter of Section 24, Township 21 North,
Range 4 E.W.M. King County, Washington,
described as follows:
Beginning at a brass plug marking the
center of Section 25, Township 21 North,
Range 4 E.W.M. King County, Washington, said
monument also marking the centerline inter-
section of Algona and Greenhalgh Roads, the
centerline of Algona Road which bears South
891 46' 07" West; thence North 8° 47' 00"
East a distance of 50.01 feet; thence North
89° 46' 07" East a distance of 121.20 feet;
thence along a curve to the left having a
radius of 603.11 feet and a central angle
of 3111 58' 55" an arc distance of 336.65
feet; thence North 57° 47'12" East a distance
of 539.05 feet; thence North 20 13' 01" West
a distance of 5,640.34 feet to a concrete
monument with brass insert and the True Point
of Beginning; thence continuing North 2° 13' 01"
West 50.00 feet; thence South 871 47' 46" West
to the Easterly margin of the Chicago, Milwaukee,
St. Paul and Pacific Railroad right-of-way; thence
Southwesterly along said Easterly margin to a point
which bears South 87° 47' 46" West from the True
Point of Beginning; thence North 87° 47' 46" East
to the True Point of Beginning.
PROVIDED, that if the City of Auburn fails to use the
real estate described above for street and related purposes, or
uses it for any other purpose, then title thereto shall immediately
revest in the Grantor free and clear.
