to me own to be he directors of Consoli-
dated School District No. 219, Auburn, King County, Washington, the
QUIT-CLAIM DEED

The Grantor, Consolidated School District No. 219, Auburn,
King County, Washington, for and in consideration of One Dollar
($1.00), and for and in consideration of the benefits which will
accrue to the grantee herein by the adding of approximately 30 feet
to the present width of all that portion of E Street N.E. lying be-
tween Main Street east and Second Street N.E. and by the adding of
approximately 30 feet to the present width of all that portion of
Second Street N.E. lying between E Street.N.E. and the east line-of
Lange's First Addition to Auburn, all in the City of Auburn, which
portions of E Street N.E. and Second Street N.E. bound schoolhouse
grounds now owned by the grantee herein and used by the grantee
herein for school purposes, conveys and quit-claims to the City of
Auburn, a city of the third class, situated in the County of King,
in the State of Washington, all interest in the following described
real estate:
Beginning at the intersection of the east line of Downing &
Shrader's Addition to the City of Auburn, King County,
Washington, with the north line of Main Street east
(formerly called First Street), running thence north
00 09' 02" east along the said east line of said
Downing &_Shrader's Addition 574.84 feet, more or less,
to the south line of Lange's First Addition to Auburn,
thence north 86° 50' east along the south line of said
Lange's First Addition to Auburn 363,87 feet, more or
less, to the east line of said Lange's First Addition,
thence south 30 10' east 34.02 feet, thence south 860
50' west 335.70 feet , thence south 00 09' 02" west
544.84 feet, more or less, to the north line. of said
Main Street east, thence south 861 51' west along said
north line to the point of beginning; situated in the
City of Auburn, in the County of King, State of Washington;
to be used for public street and highway purposes, and for such pur-
poses only.
