for and in consideration of the benefits which will accrue to the grantee by the extension
of 4th Street N.E. in the City of Auburn, and the sum of

1.00 in hand paid, conveys and quit claims to the City of Auburn, a city of
the Third Class situated in tae County of King, State of Washington,
all interest in the following described real estate, situated in the County of King
State of Washington: A tract of land 60 feet in width in Govt. Lot 7, section 18,
township 21 north, range 5 east N.14I., particularly bounded and described as
follows: Commencing at the southwest corner of lot 1 in block 2 of Lange's
First Addition to Auburn, King County, Washington, xunning thence north 860 50'
east along the north line of 4th Street N.B. in the City of Auburn 183.60 feet
more or less to the east line of said Lange's First Addition to the true point
of beginning, thence north 860 6115" east 614.14 feet, more or less, to the
west line of H Street N.E. in the City of Auburn as shown on plat of Poplarwood
Addition to the City of Auburn, Tashington, thence south along the west line of
said H Street N.E. 60.04 feet; thence south 860 a 15" west 610.56 feet, more or
less, to the said east line of said Lange's First Addition to Auburn at the
northeast corner of lot 4 in block 3 of said Lange's First Addition; thence
north 30 10' west along said east line 60.00 feet to the true point of begin-
ning. Situated in the City of Auburn in the County of King, State of Clashington,
to be used for public street and highway purposes and for such purposes only.
IN WITNESS W IIEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its prober offi-
cers and its corporate seal to Le hereunto affixed this 30th day of January , 1938.
