THE GRANTOR Frances M. Grosdidier, as her separate estate, and Clarence D.
Gardner and Betty R. Gardner, his wife
for and in consideration of One Dollar and Other Valuable Consideration
conveys and quit claims to City of Auburn, a Municipal Corporation
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
That portion of Lot 3 of Block 2 of Hart's First Addition to the City of Auburn, in
on%ik9, Township "'21 North, Range 5 East, W.M. Situated in the County of King,
State of Washington.
Described as follows: That portion of the above described lot, lying Westerly of the
following described line: Beginning at a point on the South line of said lot, said
point being 34.00 feet right of the new centerline of "A" Street S.E. as hereinafter
described; thence proceeding Northerly and parallel to the new centerline of "A"
Street S.E. to the point of intersection with the North line of said lot, said point

centerline of "A" Street S.E. N 0° 55' 02" E for a distance of 4,208.79
