A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,
WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR AND CITY CLERK TO EXECUTE A
QUIT CLAIM DEED TO CORRECT A LEGAL DESCRIPTION TO CLARIFY 110"
STREET S.E. TO PROVIDE THAT THE LEGAL DESCRIPTION OF "0"
STREET S.E CONFORM TO THE ACTUAL LOCATION OF "0" STREET S.E.
BETWEEN 31ST STREET S.E. 142.48 FEET NORTH.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES THAT:
section 1. The Mayor and City Clerk of the City of
Auburn are herewith authorized to execute a Quit Claim Deed to
correct a legal description to clarify 110" Street S.E. to
provide that the legal description of 110" Street S.E. conform
to the actual location of "O" Street S.E. between 31st Street
S.E. and 142.48 feet north. A copy of said Quit Claim Deed is
attached hereto and denominated as Exhibit "A".
section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement
such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry
out the directives of this legislation.
