Government Lot II, Section 19, Township 21 North, Range 5 East,
W.M.; thence North 69035011" West, 32.01 feet, to the true point
of beginning; thence South, 64.02 feet; thence North 69035111" West,
181.10 feet; thence North 6201110711 West, 464.22 feet to the North
right-of-way line of Howard Road; thence North 4300614011 West along
the North right-of-way line of Howard Road to the point of inter-
section of the South right-of-way line of State Route 164; thence
Southeasterly along the South right-of-way line of State Route 164
to the true point of beginning; containing 0.88 acres, more or less.
