THE GRAiINTOR S, ARCHIE MEADEand OLGA MEADE, husband and wife,
for and in consideration of ONE DOLLAR
conveys and quit claims to CITY OF AUBURN, a municipal corporation,
the following described real estate, situated in the County of King State of Washington,
together with all after acquired title of the grantor(s) therein:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly
right of way line of F.S.H. 05 revision according
to plan on file in the office of State Highway
Department approved June 17, 1941 (Auburn to Enumclaw)
with the westerly right of way line of .Dagwood Street
S.E. ; thence westerly 70 feet along said northerly
line of P.S.H. #5; thence northeasterly to a point 150
feet northerly from said intersection, said point being
on the westerly right of way line of Dogwood Street S.E.;
thence southerly 150 feet to point of beginning.
