being a portion of the following described "Total Parcel":
That portion of the southeast quarter of the southwest quarter of Section 7, Township 21 North,
Range 5 East, W.M., in King County, Washington, described as follows:
Commencing at the southwest corner of said Section 7; thence N86°28'S4"E along the southerly line
of said southwest quarter of the southwest quarter of said Section, 1,049.36 feet to the southwest
corner of said southeast quarter of the southwest quarter; thence N00°28'39"W along the westerly
line of said southeast quarter of the southwest quarter, 1,317.02 feet to the northerly line of said
southeast quarter of the southwest quarter; thence N86°19'51"E along said northerly line 393.52 feet
to the point of beginning; thence S06°18'09"E, 99.87 feet; thence N86019'51 "E, 276.35 feet to the
westerly margin of State Highway No. 5 (Auburn Way North), as established by deed to the State of

941.00 feet; thence east 427.50 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; thence N4°59'18"W
147.32 feet; thence N86 ° 19'51 "E 239.27 feet to the westerly margin of State Road No. 5, as

southwesterly along the westerly margin of State Road No. 5, to an intersection with a line bearing
