The Grantor, the Estate of P. Hendley & Associates, Inc., pursuant town
Order of the Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Washington at Seattle
entered on the .day of , 199;x, and to satisfy certain dedication
requirements in connection with t e Agreement for Developer Public Facility
Extension, Facility Extension No. 0008-90 (as revised), between P. Hendley &
Associates, Inc. and the City of Auburn and certain other dedication
requirements, including, but not limited to, those set forth in the City of
Auburn Resolution No. 2070, dated April 16, 1990, the city of Auburn Resolution
No. 2315,. dated June 1, 1992, the city of Auburn Ordinance No. 4572, dated June
1, 1992, the city of Auburn Resolution No. 2316, dated June 1, 1992, and the
comprehensive plans for storm drainage, sanitary sewer and water prepared for the
Lakeland Hills development area, hereby conveys and ;quit claims, to the city of
Auburn, a municipal corporation of the state of Washington, as Grantee, the real
estate situated in the County of King, State of Washington, and more fully
C1i described on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference,
subject to easements, reservations and restrictions of record.
