Resolved that the president, secretary, or such
other officers as are authorized by the Bylaws, are hereby
authorized to sell the following property;
Lot 51 of West Auburn five acre tracts, as per
plat recorded in Volume 15 of Plats, on page 12,
records of King County Washington, situated in
county of King, state of Washington,
at such price and such terms as shall be determined by said
officers.
