THE GRANTOR, FAUCETT ESTATE INC., a corporation duly organized
and existing under and pursuant to the laws of the State of Washington,
,id, conveys
for and in consideration of One Dollar ($1.00), in hand pa
and quit-claims to the City of Auburn, a city of the third class
situate in the County of King, in the State of Washington, for public
street and public highway purposes,, and for such purposes only, all
interest in the following described real estate, situate in the city
of Auburn, in the County of King, State of Washington:
All that part or portion of Government Lot 1 in
Section 18, Township 21 North, Range 5 I.st W, M, q
particularly bounded as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the east marginal
line of C Street No E. (a 50 foot street) with the
southeasterly marginal line of Auburn Avenue ( a
60 foot street) in the City of Auburn: running
thence northeasterly along the said southeasterly
marginal line of said Auburn Avenue a distance of
71 feet to a point, thence in a southwesterly
direction along a 100 0" curve with a radius of
573 feet a distance of 198 feet, more or less, to
an- intersection with the said east line of said. C
Street No E, , thence northerly along the said east
line of said C Street No X. a distance of 132 feet,
more or less, t.o the place of beginning: containing
0.03 acres, more or less, which tract of land has a
maximum width of 15 feet more or less..

duly commissioned and sworn, personally appeared 1. B. Knickerb poker
and A. R. Hilen, to me mown to be the president and secretary,
respectively, of Faucett Estate Inc., the corporation that executed
the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said instrument to be
the free and voluntary act and deed of said corporation, for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned, a,nd on oath each stated that he
was authorized to execute the said instrument and that the seal
affixed is the corporate seal of said corporation.
