30 feet in width, conveys and quit-claims to THE CITY OF AUBURN, a
city of the third class situated in the County of King; State of
Washington, all interest in the following described real estate:

to the City of Auburn as the same appears
on the recorded plat thereof now of record.

bed adjoining;

to execute said instrument and that the seal affixed is the official
seal of said Grantor.
