KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, That Auburn Federal Savings and Loan Association
the owner and holder of that certain mortgage bearing date the ninth day of February , 1962,
tt ► executed by Robert R. Lloyd and Carol M. Lloyd, his wife,
to secure payment of the sum of
Thirteen Thousand No/100 ($13,000.00) Dollars and interest,
and recorded in the office of the County Auditor of King County, State of Washington,
on the twentieth day of February , 1962 , in Volume 4382 of Mortgages,
at page 484, being Auditor's File No.5390012 , for value received, does hereby release and discharge
from the lien of the said mortgage the following described portion of the mortgaged premises, situate
in the County of King State of Washington, to-wit:
That portion of Lot 9, Block 4, A. L. Wolfe's Addition to King County, according
to plat recorded in Volume 54 of Plats, Pages 86 and 87, records of King County,
described as follows:
Beginning at the northwest corner of said Lot 9; thence south 0°15"30" west,
31.38 feet along the westerly line of said Lot 9; thence north 34°02110"
east, 37.75 feet to the southerly margin of 21st Street Southeast; thence
south 89°39'30" west, 20.99 feet to the point of beginning;
But this release shall not impair the lien of the said mortgage as to the lands therein described not
hereby released.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said corporation has caused this instrument to be executed by its proper officers
