allow a small animal/pet animal practice for out-patient services such as
vaccinations, sprays, neuters and other minor services as well as a home
office to support the small animal/pet animal practice. The business was in
operation in King County prior to annexation to the City of Auburn. The
business will employ one resident employee, pet care is by appointment only,
and no more than four (4) animals will be on the premises at any given time.
