said land being described as: The South 10 feet of the East 50 feet of that
portion of Lot F, Block 2, Town of Christopher, according to plat thereof
recorded in Vol. 7 of plats, page 30, records of Ki.ng'County Washington
lying West of the East 84.5 feet of the N14 of Section l lT 21 North

Said Grantee shall have the right without prior institution of any suit or
proceeding at law, at times as may be necessary, to enter upon said easement for
the purpose of construction roadway improvements without incurring any legal
obtleatlon_or Ilabl_lity_ t.hero_for; provided that such construction shall be
accomplished In such a manner that private improvements shall not be disturbed
or destroyed, or in the event they are disturbed or destroyed, they will be
replaced in as good a condition as they were immediately before the property
was entered upon by the Grantee.
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be
binding on the successors, heirs,,and assigns of both parties hereto.
