CLARA P FIEFFER does hereby grant and convey to the City of
Auburn, a municipal corporation, an easement over and across,
upon and underneath the following described land for the purposes
of ingress and egress and laying a water pipe line; said easement
being:
The North one-half of the Southwest one quarter
of the Southeast one quarter of the Southwest
one quarter of Section 19, Township 21, Range 5,
County of King, State of Washington.
