DARRELL D. FOWLER, a single man, for and in consideration of
the sum of One Dollar ($1.00)., the receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged, hereby grants, conveys and transfers to the City
of Auburn, a municipal corporation of : the' third class of the • .
State of Washington, and its successors and assigns, a permanent
easement and right of way including the perpetual right to enter
upon the real estate hereinafter described, at any time that it
may see.fit for the purpose of obtaining access to a fire
hydrant situate at the easterly terminus of said easement, which
easement shall be described as follows:

to have and to hold said easement and right of way unto the City of
Auburn, and unto its successors and assigns forever.
