A RESOLUT_ION OF THE C1TY COUNCIL, OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 4670
PASSED DECEMBER 20, 2010, RELATING TO THE STANDING
COMMITTEES OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
AUBURN
WHEREAS, the Aubum City Council Operations Committee designates the
formation and membership of the standing committees of the City Council, subjecfi to
the approval of a majority of the City Council; and
, WHEREAS, the Council Operations Committee conducted a meeting on
A'ugust 4, 2011, at which time the Committee approved changes to the meeting
schedule for the Council standing committees and recommended the City Council's
adoption of the same.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, IN A
REGULAR MEETING DULY ASSEMBLED, HEREWITH RESOLVES AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Section 3 of Resolution No. 4670 relating to the meeting schedule of the Council standing committees is amended as follows: Section 3. Unless otherwise designated by the Chair, the day and time `
- of #he meetings of the Sfanding Committees of the City Council of the City of
Aubum shall be as follows:

biennially upon the seating of each new City
Council or more often as needed.

The Council Committee of the Whole shall meet
whenever there is a fifth Monday in any month or
as needed.

Section 2. The Mayor is hereby authorized to implement such administrative
procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation.
Section 3. This Resolution shall take effect and be in full force and effect
upon passage and signature hereon.
