ORDINANCE NO. 774
Ordinanoe presoribing the penal sum of the bond or bonds re-
quired by the City Treasurer of the City of Auburn and
amending section 2 of ordinanoe no. 403 of the ordinan-
oes of said oity.
The City Council of the City of Auburn do ordain as fol-
lows:
Seotion 1.
That seotion 2 of ordinanoe 403 of the ordinanoes of
the City of Auburn entitled Il An ordinanoe presoribing the bonds re-
quired of the oity treasurer, the city attorney, the clerk, the
polioe judge, and the ohief of polioe, of the City
of Auburn" be and

the same is hereby amended so that as amended said
read as follows:
IlSeotion 2.
That the penal sum of the bond
hereby required of the oity treasurer

That the oity treasurer shall be and is hereby required
to, on or before the 2nd. day of February, 1937, exeoute a bond to
the City of Auburn with a surety oompany duly authorized to write
and exeoute offioial bonds as surety in the State of Washington, to
be approved by the City Counoil of the City of Auburn, in the penal

faithful performanoe of his &F &&P offioe as suoh oity treasurer,
in addition to the ourrent official bond of the oity treasurer, in
