ORDINANCE NO. 776
An ordinance relating to the times of holding regular meetings
and the plaoe of holding all meetings of the town oounoil of the Town
of Auburn and the city counoil of the City of Auburn, and repealing
ordinances No. 82, Ill, and 162 of the ordinances of the Town of Au-
burn, and ordinanoes No. 252 and 260 of the ordinances of the City of
Auburn.
WHEREAS, the ordinances hereinafter mentioned or referred to
have heretofore been repealed by implication or have become obsolete
by reason of the passage and approval of subsequent ordinanoes fix-
ing the times of holding regular meetings and the plaoe of holding
all meetings of the oity oounoil of the City of Auburnj
NOW, THEREFORE.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. That ordinanoes No. 82, Ill, and 162 of the ordinances
of the Town of Auburn and ordinances No. 252 and 260 of the ordinanoes
of the City of Auburn be, and eaoh of said five ordinanoes hereby is,
repealed.

Passed February 2, 1937.
