V~AS, the ordinanoes and parts of ordinances hereinafter mentioned or referred to have heretofore been repealed by implioation or have been superseded and beoome obsolete by reason of the passage and approval of subsequent ordinanoes relating to the bonds, duties, and oompensations of the oity treasurer, oity olerk, oity attorney, ohief of police, oity health offioer, and police judge, of the oity of Auburn, and to the times of payment of the salaries of said offioers; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. That ordinanoes numbered 2,5,58,65,127,130, 137,168, 191,193,218,392,475,669,714,738, seotion 3 of ordin- anoe numbered 560 and section 5 of ordinanoe numbered 561, of the ordinanoes of the City of Auburn be and the same hereby are repealed.
