ORDINANCE NO. 779
An ordinanoe relating to the seleotion and designation of
the offioial newspaper of the City of Auburn.
WHEREAS, the ordinanoes hereinafter mentioned or referred to
relating to the designation of the official newspaper of the City of
Auburn have heretofore been repealed by implication or have been super-
seded and beoome obsolete for other reasons;
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Seotion 1. That ordinanoes numbered 97, 176, and 625 of the
ordinanGes of the City of Auburn be and the same hereby are repealed.
