NO. 783
.AN ORDDfANCE: RELATING TO SIDEWALKS IN THE CITY OF
AUBURN AND REPEALING ORDlliANCES NUMBERED 21, 99, 149, 169, 170,
240, 244, and 247 OF THE ORDINANCES OF SAID CITY.
WHEREAS, Ordinanoe No. 417 of the Ordinanoes of the
City of Auburn entitled "AN ORDINANCE: relating to the construct-
ion of sidewalks on the publio streets, alleys and thoroughfares
within the oorporate limits of the City of Auburn; providing that
all suoh sidewalks to be hereafter oonstructed shall be one course
conorete walks; providing the manner and methods of construotion,
and notices and Gonditions required prior to and during such oon-
struction; adopting plans and specifications for suoh sidewalks;
providing penalties for violations thereof; and repealing all or-
dinanoes and parts of ordinanGes in conflict with the provisions
of this ordinanoe", passed and approved September 6, 1921, super-
oedes and by implioation, at least, repeals each and all of the
eight ordinances hereinafter mentioned, and none of the ordinan-
oes hereinafter mentioned have been speoifioally repealed;
NOW, THEREFORE,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAllT Af3 FOL-

Section 1. That each and all of the ordinanoes of the
City of Auburn, to-wit, Ordinanoe No, 21 passed September 1,1891;
Ordinance No. 99 passed and approved February 9, 1904; Ordinanoe
No. 149 passed and approved April 13, 1909; Ordinanoe No. 169 passed
and approved February 15, 1911; Ordinanoe No. 170 passed and approved
~aroh 1,1911; Ordinanoe No. 240 passed and approved August 18, 1915;
Ordinanoe 244 passed and approved october 6, 1915; and Ordinanoe No.
247 passed and approved November 17,1915, be and the same hereby
are repealed.
