AN ORDINANCE: RELATInG TO THE 1.:L:1UCIPAL WATER SUPPLY SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, AND REPEALlHG ORDnIANCES Nm.::BERED 132, 222, 318, and 347 OF THE ORDINMrCES OF SAID CITY. \1HEREAS, Ordinance No. 768 of the Ordinanoes of the City of Auburn entitled "AN ORDINANCE relating to the lhunicipal water supply system kno\vn and designated as 'Water Department,' creating a fund in the treasury of the City of Auburn to be kno~n and desig- nated as 'Water Fund,' creating the office of Water Superintendent, regulating the use of water from the municipal water supply system of the City of Auburn, providing for the sale of same, fixine the price thereof and providing a method of oollecting rates therefor, providing penalties for violations of this ordinance, and repealing Ordinanoes numbered 413,492,452,550,635,708, 743, and all other ordinanoes of the City of Auburn in conflict with the provis- ions of this Ordinanoe," passed and approved Deoember 17,1935 superoedes and by implication, at least, repeals eaoh and all of the four ordinances hereinafter mentioned, and none of the ordinan- ces hereinafter mentioned have been specifically repealed; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAnI AS FOL- LOWS: Section 1. That eaoh and all of the four ordinanoes of the City of Auburn, to-wit, Ordinance No. 132 passed and approved Decem- ber 6, 1907- ordinanoe No. 222 passed and approved July 1, 1914. Ordinance 3ie passed and approved February 4, 1918; and Ordinanoe No. 347 passed and approved August 4, 1919, be and the same hereby are repealed. Introduoed Uarch 16, 1937. Passed ~arch 16, 1937.
