Seotion 1. That Ordinance :;0, 85 of the Crdinanoes of
the City of Auburn, passed and approved Uay 7,1901, be and
the same hereby is repealed.
Seotion 2. That the repeal of said ordinance No. 85
shall not be construed as in any way affectin~ the provisions
of Ordinanoe No. 128 of the Ordinanoes of the City of Aubupn,
passed and approved Ootober 1, 1907,
