Section 1. That any person, firm or oorporation,
desirinG a license to conduot a skatinc rink within the
oorporate limits of the city of Auburn, shall first pay
into the City Treasury of the City of Auburn a lioonse
fee as follmlO: The sum of 050.00 per oalondar year, or
lor any fractional -<,art theruof, payable in advanoe, and
that upon filinG ir.i.th the City Clerl: the City Treasurer's
roceipt :':01' tLe amount of such licenso fee, said City
Clerk shall issue the proper lioense per.cit.
Seotion 2. That any person ~ho by hiuself or herself,
or any aGent or employee of any person, firm or corporation, who
shall ilithin tIle corporate limits of the City of Auburn oon-
duct a s:::atinG rink ilithout havinc first ::;Jroourred a lioense
therefor as ;rovided in this ordinanoe, shall be deeLed
Cuilty 0:: a u1sJ.eueanor and. u.;Jon conviction t:lereof sL.all be
