ORDINANCE NO. 797.
AN ORDINANCE: Approving and acoepting on behalf of the
City of Auburn a written deed of oonveyanoe from Fred Brooks
et al. to the City of Auburn for public street and highway
purposes and for the purpose of widening a portion of Seoond
street N.E., a strip of land 10 feet in width and approxi-
mately 330 feet in length on the northerly side of Witt's
First Addition to Auburn.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS
FOLLOWS;
Section 1. That that oertain written deed of oonveyanoe
wherein Fred Brooks, Clinton C. Smith and Olivia Smith, his
wife, Herman Sohultz and Nanoy J. Schultz, his wife, are
grantors and the City of Auburn is grantee, dated July 10,
1937, and whereby the grantoDs therein oonvey to the City of
Auburn for public street and highway purposes and for the
purpose of widening a portion of Second Street N.E. , and for
suoh purposes only, a paroel of land partioularly bounded
and desoribed as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the center
line of N Street N.E. (formerly known as witt
Street) \dth the north line of Witt's First
Addition to Auburn as recorded in Volume 21
of Plats, at page 21, Reoords of King County,
Washington, thenoe easterly along the said
north line of said Witt's First Addition 330
feet, more or less, to the northeast oorner
of said addition, thenoe northerly along the
east line of said addition produoed northerly 10 feet,
thence westerly on a line which is parallel with
and 10 feet north of the north line of said addi8
tion, 330 feet, more or less, to the oenter line
of said N Street H.E. produced northerly, thenoe
southerly along said oenter line 10 feet, more or
less, to point of beginning; situate in the City of
Auburn, County of King~ State of Washington;
be and the same hereby is approved and acoepted by the City
of Auburn, and that the City Clerk of the City of Auburn be
and he hereby is instruoted to file said written deed of
