AN ORDINANCE: Relating to penny vending maGhines and anending
Section 9 of Ordinanoe No. 794 of the Ordinanoes of the City of Au-
burnl
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOVlS:
Section 1. That Section 9 of Ordinanoe No. 794 of the Ordinanoes
of the City of Auburn entitled "AN ORDINANCE: Relating to and regu-
lating the use and operation of certain maohine amusement devioes and
certain vending maohines; defining offenses and prescribing penalties'!,
be and the same hereby is amended so that as amended said Seotion 9
shall read as follows:
"Section 9; The lioense fee for eaoh Class A vending
maohine, exoept a Class A penny vending maohine,
shall be 010.00 per month. All licenses for Class
A vending maohines, except Class A penny vending
maohines, shall be issued for the period of one
month only. Said lioense period shall begin on the
first day of eaoh month and end on the last day of
the same month. The lioense fee for eaoh Class A
penny vending machine shall be ~5.00 per annum, and
shall be issued for a period of one year, such per-
iod to begin on the first day of August and to end
on the last day of July of the following year."
