The Mayor shall annually appoint, subject to approval /confirmation by the
City Council, new members by march of any given year to fill the expiring
terms on the independent salary commission.
IV. OPERATION
A. Election of Chair & Vice Chair
B. Scheduling of next meeting
The meeting shall occur no later than April 30th 2015.
