HomeMy WebLinkAbout5228 RESOLUTION NO. 5 2 8 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, AMENDING THE CITY OF AUBURN PARKS AND RECREATION FEE SCHEDULE WHEREAS, in connection with the municipal functions and operations of the City of Auburn, the City provides various services, a number of which entail fees; and WHEREAS, the City Council provided for the adoption of a fee schedule with the passage of Ordinance No. 5707; and WHEREAS, since the passage of Ordinance No. 5707, the City Council has periodically reviewed and updated its schedule of fees and cost; and WHEREAS, the City will be opening a new Community and Events Center as well as a new Teen Center; and WHEREAS, is appropriate to amend the Parks and Recreation fees and charges for private use of those facilities. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN,. HEREBY RESOLVES as follows: Section 1. The City of Auburn Fee Schedule is hereby amended as set forth in the attached "Exhibit A" and Section 2. The Mayor is authorized to implement such administrative procedures as may be necessary to carry out the directives of this legislation. Section 3.
