On August 6 2007, the City Council of the City of Aubum adopted Resolution 4216 Iz priorto condemna#ion, dedaring that the acguisfi.on of the real property descnbed therein is necessary to eliminate neighborhood blight 13 14 6. The property is subject to condemnation because it constitutes a blight on the. surrounding neighborhood. �s 7: On Marcfi 10, 2008 the City of Aubum obfained a va[uation of the property 16 prepared by State-certified General Real Estate Appraiser, Richard E.
