Meeting called to order by Chair Menzia at 7:00 p.m.

All matters listed on the Consent Agenda are considered by the City Council to be
routine and will be enacted by one motion in the form listed.
A. Approval of October 27th, 2022 Minutes
Chair Menzia requested an amendment to the "Consent Agenda' to read
"ConsentAgenda are considered by the JUNIOR City Council" Motion
to amend: Vice Chair Mulenga; Second Member Sandate. Motion passed.
Approval of minutes from October 20, 2022 — Motion to approve by
Member Lueck; Second by Member Helms. Motion passed.

A. Recruitment Ideas & Updates
Chair Menzia asked the members to speak with the leadership at their
perspective schools to encourage students to apply for the AJ CC or the
AJ CC advisory council

B. Update from Deputy Mayor Jeyaraj
DM Jeyaraj reported on the resolutions and ordinances passed by the
Auburn City Council at the October 24 city council meeting.

D. Event Attendance
Veteran's Day Parade on 11/5/2022 at 9:OOam.
Santa Parade on 12/3/2022 at 4:30pm.
