City Council conduct a public hearing to consider the proposed development agreement from CNB Properties for property located at 3130 D Street SE, Auburn, WA.  The proposed development agreement addresses permitted uses, vesting, access for continued operations, maintenance, repair, alteration, enlargement, and/or expansion of CNB Properties facilities and properties.
