AN ORDINANCE Approving and confirming the assesament and
the assessment roll certified to the City Council on the 34
day of February, 1925, by the streets and Alleys Committee and
City Engineer for the cests of the improvement in Local Improve-
ment District Bo. 82 in the City of Auburn, in pursuance of
Ordinanae No. 548, passed Ootober 7, 1924, and providing for the
disposition of moneys oollected on said assessment. .
WHEREAS due notice has been given that objections to the
assessment and assessment roll hereinafter mentioned would be
heard and determined by the City Council at the 'Oity Hall,
Auburn, Washington, on the 3d day of Maroh, 1925, at 8 o'olock
p. m., at which time the City Council would meet to hear appeals
and objections of any and all persons olaiming to be aggrieved
by said assessment; and
WHEREAS the time for filing ob jections or taking an appeal
has passed, and no objections thereto haTe been so filed; and
WHEREAS th e City Council has carefully examined and oon~
sidered suoh assessment and assessment roll and is now fully
advised in the premises;
NOW, THEREfORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBUBI
DO ORDAIN .AS FOLLOWS :
Section 1. That the assessment and assessment roll cer-
tified to the City Council on the 3d. day of February, 1925,
by the Streets and Alleys Committee and City Engineer of the
City of Auburn for the costs of the improvement of all that
portion of G street N. W. situate between Main Street West and
the south boundary lines of Lots 11 and 12 in Block A of Lunn'S
Garden Tracts to Auburn, Washington, all in the City of Auburn,
by the grading, paving and curbing of said portion of G Street
N. W., and by the doing of other work incidental thereto, oon-
stituting Looal Improvement Distriot No. 82, in the City of
Auburn, in pursuanoe of Ordiname No. 548 of said city, passed
October 7, 1924, and the levy and charge of the oost of said
improvement as shown upon said assessment roll and thereby
apportioned upon the adjoining, contiguous ani approximate
lots and parcels of land specially benefited, in accordanoe
wi th the laws of the State of Washington and Ordinance No.
548 of the City of Auburn, are hereby approved am oonfirmed
in all respeots, and the City Treasurer is hereby directed
to oolleot said assessment which ~ be paid without interest,
penalty or costs within 30 days after due not ioe shall have been
given to the owners of the property within said assessment
district by publication in the manner provided by law, and
if said assessments be not 18id wi thin 30 days from the date
of the first publioation of said notice, the same shall bear
interest thereafter at the rate of 7 per cent. per annum.
Section 2. The moneys collected upon said assessment,
approved Bp.d'~.oonflrmed by this OrdiIl8lloe, are hereby ordered to
be plaoed in Looal Improvement Fund, District No. 82, the
speoial fund oreated by Ordinanoe No. 548, and all warrants

drawn and bonds issued fo r the payment of said improvement
shall be issued on and payable only out of said looal improve-
ment fund.
Section 3. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in
force five days from and after its passage, approval and pub-
lication as required by law.
