of Auburn a fund to be kno\vn flS "~Street H.E. Condemnation
Fund"; providing that all moneys to be paid into the treaSl.:tr~7
of the City of Auburn on account of the cost and expense of the
condemning, appropriating, damaging and taking by the City of
A~burn of certain lands for the purpose of widening, extending
and improving that certain public street in said City known as
lie street ..,.E.", shall be paid into and credited to said "0
street ..,.E. 0ondemnation .b'und"; providing that all such cost and
expense, except compensation for legal services, and all the cost
and expense of spreading, levying, and collecting the assessments
for such iuprovement against the property specially benefited
thereby, shall be paid by warrants drawn upon said lie street l~.E.
Condemnation Fund"; prescribing the form of warrants to be drawn
upon said "C street II.E. Conde:mwtion ..mnd"; and providing that
any warrant to be drawn upon said fund which shall not be paid for
want of fU.nds, upon presentation to the vity Treasurer shall bear
interest at the rate of eight (8) per cent per annum from date
of suet presentation until called as provided by law.

SECTION I: ~hat there is hereby established in the
treasury of the City of Auburn a fund to be known as "c street
n.E. \;onctemnation l!'und"; and that all mone~ls to be paid into the
treasury of the vity of Auburn on account of the costs and
expenses of the condemning, appropriating, damaging and taking,
as provided by Ordinance .l.'0. 628 of the ordinances of the C1 ty
of Auburn, by the City of Auburn, of certain lands for the purpose
of laying off, opening, widening, extending and est;}blishing of
C street ~.E. in said 0ity, shall be paid into and crediteJ to
said IIC street Il.E. 0ondemnation Fund"; and that all such cost
and expense, except compensation for legal services, and all the
cost and expense of spreading, levying and collecting the assess-
ments for such improvement as provided for by said ordinance .l..o.
628 against the property to be specially benefited thereby, shall
be paid b~7 warrants drawn upon said lie street .l.,..E. Condemnation
Fund" .
