AN ORDINANCE OF T}~ CITY OF AUBURN, WASHINGTON, R~LATING TO AND PROVIDING
FOR Tm VACATING ~XHXP~ OF A CERTAIN ALL~y IN TH~ CITY OF
AUBURN AND R~S~RVING AN EASE~NT T~R~ON TO T~ CITY OF AUBUR/~ FOR
UTILITIE S.
W}~R~AS~ the City Council of the City of Auburn has pagsed and
adopted a w~itten Resolution resolvlng that a public hearing should be
head upon the petition of Earnest J. Collins, Donald C. Henning and Earl
Clark for the purpose of hearing whether or not a certain alley in the
.q!ty of Auburn should be vacated, reserving an easement thereon to the
City of Auburn for all utilities~ said portion of alley being described as:
All that alley lying bet~en Lots 7 through 11, ~lock 1,
Hartman~s First Addition, King Co~unty~ WashingtOn~ and
WHiP, AS, said Earnest J. Collins, Donald C. Henning and Earl Clark
have filed a w~itten petition with the City of Auburn to vacate the above
described property~ reserving an easement thereon to the City of Auburn
for utilities~ said property being an alley upon which the petitioners
own all abutting property~ and
W}~R~AS~ notice of public hearing to vacate said portion of alley
reserving an easement thereon to the City for utilities, was given by the
City Clerk of the City of Auburn posting three (3) copies of said notice
in three (3) public places in the City of Auburn, and a copy of said notice
on the portion of the alley to be vacated~ giving notice tlhat the hearing
on said petition was to be held on the lSth day of September~ 19~9, at 8:00
P.M. in the City Hall of the City of Auburn, and~
W~REAS~ said public hearing was duly called and had on the l~th day
o~ September, 1959, at 8=00 P.M. at the City Hall of the City of Auburn.
