~f}~ILEAS, the City Council of the City of Auburn has passed and
adopted a written Resolution resolving that a public hearing should be
held upon the petition of ~[r. and ~s. Charles F. Sell and Mr. and ~Irs.
J~es ~t. Ceftin for the purpose of hearing whether or not a certain
street in the City of Auburn should not be vacated, reserving an easement
thereon to the City of Auburn for all utilities, said street being
described as:

All that certain street located in the City of Auburn and known
as Park Place, such street being adjacent to Lot 7, Block A,
Arthur C. Ballard's Condict Addition, and Lot 1, Block B,
Arthur C. Ballard's Condict Addititn,~County of King, State of

W}~REAS, said Mr. and ~[rs. Charles ?. Sell and ~ir. and ],~s. James ~[.
Ceftin filed a ~itten petition with the City of Auburn to vacate the
above described pro~rty~ reserving an easement thereon to the City of
Auburn for utilities, said pmo~rty being a street upon which the
~titioners o~ all abutting pro~rty, and
%'~IE~, notice of public hearing to vacate said street reservin~ an
easement thereon to the City of Auburn for utilities, wa~ given by the
City Clerk of the City of Aub~n by the City Clerk posting three (3)
copies of said notice in three (3) public places in the
