AN ORDINANCE: liegulating and limiting the use of a portion
of "Bit street'1:\. E. by standing or parking vehicles thereon, and
amending ordinancw ~o. 611 of the ordinances of the Jity of Auburn
entitled "AN ORDINANCE: Prohibiting the standing or parking of
vehicles in alleys; regulating the use of streets, regulating,limit-
ing and prohibiting the use of streets b~ standing or parking vehicles
thereon; providing for the reservation of standing or parking space
~ for auto vehicles, and providing penalties for violations hereof"
passed and approved January 19, 1926.
THE L;ITY COUnCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. .;..hat Section 6 of Ordinance .:0. 611 of the
ordinances of the City of Auburn entitled ;tAN OrtDIRAlWE: :Prohibiting
the standing or parking of vehicles in alleys; regulating the use of
streets, regulating, limiting and prohibiting the use of streets by
standing or parking vehicles thereon; providing for the reservation of
standing or parking space for auto vehicles, and providing penalties
for violations hereof", passed and approved January 19, 1926, be and
the same hereby is amended so that as amended said section shall read
as follows;
Section 6. _0 person, driver or other person
aving charge of any vehicle shall permit such vehicle to
