Any person who shall violate or fail to comply with any of the provisions of this Ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misde- meanor and upon conviction thereof shall be punished by fine in any sum not exceeding One Hundred (,~lOO.OOJ Dollars. or b~l imprisonn-;,ent in the City jail for a term not exceeding thirty (...10) clays. or by both such fine and imprisonment.
