WHEREAS it is deemed to be to the best interest3 of the City of
Auburn that the said taxi-cab stand created by Ordina.nce :To.663be
abolished;
NJV', TIIEREFOEE, THE CITY OOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF AUBURN DO ORDAIN
A 2 FOLL07.'8:
Secticn 1. That Section 5 of Ordinance No. 611, reading as follows:
"No owner, driver or other person having charge of any vehicle shall
pertni t such vehicle to stan'i or be parked on any of the pav,ed portions
of Auburn Avenue, except while such'vehicle is being actually loaded
or unloaded or Yinil e actuall y taking on or letting off passengers," be
and the same hereby is re-enacttd. and repassed.
Section 8. That Ordinance :'Jo. 663, entitled Pl'T ORDINANCE RELATING
TO THE STMJDING OF ONE TAXI-CAB ON THE EASTE~FLY 2IDF,:JF 1\~JBUmJ J',VENUE
AND PMEHDING SECTION 5 OF' OFDINPNCF NO. 611 OF Ti:IE ORDIN.tl~CE8 OF THE
CITY OF AUBURN, be and the same liereby is repealed.
