Section 1. That the City Cler};:, City Treasurer, City
Attorney, and City Health Officer of the City of Au~urn, re-
ceiving fixed monthly salaries as provided. b:! the ordinances
of se.id City, shall be paid such salaries monthly on the first
day of each month next following the n10nth in which such salaries
cv-rv ~ earned by proper warrants dravm upon the TreaEfl1.ry OJ'" the
City of Auburn; and that the ~.Iayor anQ City Clerk of the City
of Auburn be o..ncl are hereb:r directed to draw, issu.e and deliver
such vJarrants withou.t e.ny affirmative action on the l'nrt of the
City Council.
Section 2. Thz.t such portions of all ordinances of the
City of Auburn as r~y be inconsistent with the provisions of
this ordinance are hereby repealed.
Section 3. Tlm.t this ordinance shall take effect and
be in force five (5) days from and. after its passage, approval
and publioation as required by law.
